Ordering & Shipping

Contact us or navigate to the product you need and click “Request a Quote.” Not sure which product is right for you? We have sales channels across Canada, and we will connect you with the right team in your area. Reach out—we’re here to help with fixture selection and layout to ensure you achieve the lighting results you desire!
Our standard shipping policy states that orders placed today will ship the next business day. This applies to stock items. Any build-to-order item will be shipped the day after it is completed.
You will receive an email with carrier tracking information once your order ships. You can track on the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
Our standard shipping policy is based on our carriers’ capabilities, generally orders in Ontario deliver the day after they are shipped. With orders in eastern or western Canada taking 2-3 Business days to deliver. USA Deliveries are dependent on the shipping lane and transit times.
Yes, we offer expedited shipping options. Generally, for rush orders, our team will do everything we can to meet your needs.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order of the shipment via the carrier rates.
Yes, we cover the freight charges on volume/skid qty orders. Please reach out to find out if your order qualifies for free shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

Contact us at sales@jwled.ca, and we will ensure that the whole process runs smoothly and that your products are credited according to our policy.
Unfortunately, return shipping costs are not refunded unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly by us.
